Features

Key figure and price planning with absolute values and deviations enables structured mapping of planning variables within annual or forecast planning. It is used to reliably record key figures such as sales, costs or quantities and to present changes transparently. Price developments can also be taken into account and integrated into the planning in order to make the effects on the overall calculation visible at an early stage.

Rolling KPI planning enables continuous planning over a defined period of time during the year. It is used to flexibly adapt planning and management to current developments and to continuously update them. A 24-month plan offers an extended planning horizon in order to identify trends at an early stage and make well-founded decisions.

Multi-year planning enables structured planning over a period of up to five years. It is used to map strategic objectives over the long term - either as a top-down approach or over the course of the year with the option of fixing individual planning elements. In addition, memos can be stored for specific coordinates and called up again at any time as required in order to document contextual information or explanations in a comprehensible manner.

Financial planning enables the structured planning of accounts, cost units and cost centers in an annual overview. It is used to transparently record financial targets and transfer budget responsibility to the respective organizational units. Decentralized plan data entry allows cost centre managers to enter and manage their plan values independently.

Condition planning enables the detailed recording and evaluation of condition totals within planning. It is used to analyze deviations and percentages in a targeted manner and to present developments transparently. This allows you to keep an eye on all condition components and make well-founded decisions based on current planning data.

Questions and Answers

The following plan types can be used: standard sales planning, forecast, rolling and multi-year planning. The plan data can be easily adjusted using the top-down or bottom-up method. 

You have the option of creating and planning several scenarios (e.g. worst case, best case, expected case) per plan. Thanks to the integrated authorisation options, customer-specific authorisations can be assigned within individual scenarios. 

Data can be exported via Excel plug-in or exchanged via a bidirectional database interface. 

Yes! Within a scenario, any plan coordinates can be fixed, i.e. written down. It is also possible to "freeze" entire scenarios or individual plan strands (e.g. representative - customer - article). 

Yes, comments can be stored for individual coordinates as well as for plan strings. These can also be stored for a specific period. This means that it is always possible to justify deviations in a specific planning period.
