We are immediately looking for HR Manager part-time (m/f/d)

As HR Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for all recruiting measures and the entire application process. Your tasks include the design and optimization of HR processes and structures as well as the management of projects and change processes. You advise and support managers and employees in all HR-related matters - from hiring to leaving. In addition, you coordinate the cooperation with HR service providers and support our HR marketing in planning and coordination as well as participation in job fairs and recruiting events.

You have focused on HR in your training, studies or career and ideally already have experience in recruiting and business administration. In addition, you have a sound knowledge of human resources and labor law issues and have already gained initial leadership experience. You are already familiar with social media and MS Office and an independent and structured way of working is just as natural for you as a high degree of goal orientation and entrepreneurial thinking. You are characterized by your sense of responsibility, communication skills and organizational talent. Your time-efficient and solution-oriented thinking and acting in your daily work complete your profile.
