This is what a typical day looks like for you

Your day as a marketing student trainee starts with checking your emails and prioritizing your tasks for the day. You can feel the excitement as you never know exactly what to expect today - that's the exciting thing about this job.

You support the marketing team in various areas, whether it's researching images or preparing materials for important events. It's great how you can apply your knowledge from your studies in practice.

Creative input is particularly fun. You love creating graphics for social media posts or immersing yourself in the design of blog articles. It feels good when your ideas are heard and implemented.

Developing recruitment measures in collaboration with the HR department is another exciting challenge. Here you can contribute your creative ideas, be it in the design of career pages or the creation of recruiting materials.

Maintaining the social media channels in the afternoon is like a little world of its own. You look forward to creating high-quality content and getting in touch with our community.

At the end of the day, you will complete a few administrative tasks. It may be less glamorous, but it's important for the smooth running of our marketing activities.

Overall, every day as a marketing student trainee is different and full of challenges, but that's your thing, being part of this creative and dynamic team working to move our company forward.

Your new job

  • Supporting the marketing team in various functional areas
  • Creative input for the creation and editing of various media and texts
  • Collaboration in the development of measures and standards relating to recruitment
  • Design of digital media in compliance with the corporate design
  • Development and creation of professional presentations
  • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Content creation for social media text / image / video
  • Support in the management of social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Knowledge of Canva, preferably also Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Initial knowledge of project management is desirable
  • Initial experience in brand marketing and digital marketing
  • Independent, structured and committed way of working
  • Confident command of German spelling and creative writing style
  • Creative and open to exciting topics
  • Team player and reliable
  • Hands-on mentality
